Production Staff

Join our team to craft high-quality furniture with Japanese precision and attention to detail.

You will be involved in assembly, finishing and quality control in a professional manufacturing environment, working on wooden chairs and tables for customers in Vietnam and export markets.

• Operate woodworking machines and hand tools according to work instructions
• Sand, assemble and finish furniture components to the required standard
• Check your own work at each step and report any defect to the line leader
• Keep the work area clean, organised and safe (5S)
• Support other lines when production plans require

• Careful, reliable and willing to learn
• Good health and able to work in a factory environment
• Experience in woodworking or furniture production is an advantage, not a requirement
• Able to work in a team and follow safety rules

• On-the-job training in Japanese manufacturing methods
