Overview
Wooden chairs and café tables for The Cafe — a bright, brick-walled space furnished in natural wood.
A café chair is used all day, every day, by many different people. It has to be comfortable from the first minute, strong enough for years of service and consistent from one seat to the next.
The furniture is manufactured at our factory in Tay Ninh Province: timber is machined to the drawing, sanded and finished in stages, and each lot is inspected for function, finish and packing before it ships.

01Material
Solid-wood parts selected and graded by grain and colour, so the parts of one piece belong together.
02Machining
Components cut on CNC machining centres, so joints close cleanly and every piece matches the approved sample.
03Finishing
Sanding by machine and by hand, then finish applied in thin coats and cured between each one.
04Inspection
Strength and repeated-impact testing before mass production; every lot inspected before shipping.
